National Research Awards

The Ministry of Science and Innovation presents the National Research Awards on March 1^st in Alicante. These awards, presented by the King and Queen of Spain, are the highest recognition of our country to research.

Ana Martínez, scientific director of ANKAR PHARMA SL, a company belonging to ARQUIMEA, has been distinguished with the Juan de la Cierva National Research Award, category belonging to the area of technology transfer. The jury has valued her contributions in the field of the design and development of drugs for the treatment of neurodegenerative and infectious diseases.
