ARQUIMEA designs analog, digital and mixed-signal integrated circuits hardened by design against the effects of radiation. They are mainly used in space, but also in other applications such as nuclear facilities or radiotherapy.
Departing from top commercial microelectronics technologies and using rad-hard libraries, the chips developed by ARQUIMEA are designed to be immune to electrical degradation by cumulated dose of gamma rays, latch-up, SEU, transients or displacement damage.
